HP Connection Manager

HP Connection Manager is a software utility, provided by Hewlett-Packard, that was designed to assist you in managing your wireless connections. This powerful utility also offers support for the compatible Mobile Internet modules. This package provides the utility for the supported operating systems and notebook models.
HP Connection Manager requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 installed on your computer. An Ericsson Mobile Broadband or Qualcomm Driver is also required (Ericsson 6.1.13.8+, Gobi 2000 1.1.18+, or Gobi 1000 1.0.25 or newer).
Resolving the fatal error “HP Connection Manager”
To resolve the fatal error, download and install the following three service packs.

Download and install “Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5” with Service Pack and then restart the computer.

Download and install “HP Software Framework” and then restart the computer.

Download and install “HP Connection Manager” and then restart the computer.
HP Connection Manager now opens without the error message.
